Good evening Parents/Players, Here is a brief update for the week:  Word of the week is Competitiveness. Monday: Varsity: 5:30-7:30 (shooting & then helping our 6th Grade Future Firebird Practice)(Main gym) FR/JV: 4:15-5:30 West Tuesday Varsity: 4:30-6:30 Arena FR/JV: 4:15-6:30 Main Wednesday: Varsity/JV/FR: 6:00-7:30 Arena Junior Team Meal 7:30-8:15 in Trent Lobby Thursday @ Mason Freshman

All practices are on as scheduled for the week.  A few items to remember: Monday night will be our first Team Meal and will be served by our Senior Parents/Players.  It will be from 7:30 to 8:15pm.  We will look forward to our first program meal of the season.  The meal is for all 31
