Summer Field Hockey Schedule

Below is Field Hockey’s summer schedule for anyone interested in playing in the fall: Firebird Field Hockey Camp –  June 24-28, 6-8pm Open Fields: Sundays – Starting June 9th, 4-6pm; Wednesdays – Starting June 5th, 7-9pm; No Open Fields: June 12, 19, 26, 30, July 24, 31 Instructional Team Practice – July 9, 11, 23-25, 29-31, 5-8pm Senior Conditioning

Senior Conditioning Starting March 4th, 3:15-4:30pm

Spring Conditioning starts Monday, March 4th from 3:15-4:30pm meeting in the athletic lobby.  Conditioning will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you have any questions contact Coach Miller at macie.miller.2012@owu.edu.

Davis Commits to Playing at Ohio University

Lucy Davis, ’19, officially signed to play at Ohio University last week.  Lucy has played 4 years of varsity field hockey and 1 year of varsity lacrosse, along with cross country and bowling.  For field hockey she has won many major awards including being selected for the All-Ohio field hockey team for her Junior and

Davis Makes All-Ohio Field Hockey Team for the 2nd Year

Lucy Davis, Senior, made the list of the top 15 players in the state!  This list is voted on by coaches from around the state and was presented on Sunday before the annual Senior Showcase.  This is Davis’s second year receiving this honor.  Davis has also been selected for the South West Ohio Field Hockey

Field Hockey Advances to District Final!!

Fairmont faced off against St. Ursula Academy in the District Semi-finals.  Earlier in the season, they tied 0-0.  SUA is ranked 2nd and Fairmont is ranked 3rd in the league. SUA started off the night with a goal halfway through the 1st half, but the Birds didn’t let up.  Genevieve Paulick (’19) kept the Birds
