Fairmont Varsity Boys Bowling team records another win improving to 4-0 on the year, as they beat Lebanon, 2477-2247. Informational Girls Lacrosse Parents and Players Meeting Tonight

Both Fairmont Varsity Bowling teams beat Northmont on Wednesday. Fairmont Varsity Boys team defeated Northmont, 2330-2061, while the Fairmont Varsity Girls team won, 2294-2148. Firebirds Fall to Beavers in County Line Match

The Fairmont Wrestling Firebirds came up on the short end of the stick in the Battle for County Line match, losing 49-18 to Beavercreek.  The match that was way more competitive than the score indicates, as 3 matches were decided by 1 point or in overtime and their was a funky default match. The Varsity traveled to the Cleveland-area to compete in the country’s oldest and toughest holiday tournament at Brecksville.   Sophomore Nevan Snodgrass placed 5th in this prestigious event.  Nevan went 5-2 with his only losses to a Michigan State Champion and an Ohio State Placer – a loss he later avenged during the tournament.  Also winning

Girls Lacrosse Informational Players/Parents Meeting, Jan 9

For anyone interested in playing for the Girls’ Lacrosse program there is an informational meeting for parents and players on January 9th at 6pm in the High School Commons.  We will discuss expectations, schedule and the season.  

Fairmont Bowling Competed in Southwest Baker Shootout

Fairmont’s girls bowling team finished second and the boys finished 7th in the Southwest Baker Shootout this past Tuesday.
