GWOC Central swimming results

The GWOC Central Championship swim meet was held on Saturday afternoon 1-31-15. Fairmont swimmers took third place overall at the meet. WRESTLING – Firebirds Advance to Team State Regional Semifinals!

32 teams are alive in the Wrestling Team State Tournament….and the Fairmont Firebirds are one of them! Fairmont Bowling beats Northmont

The Fairmont Varsity Bowling Teams both scored close victories on Monday against Northmont. The Varsity Boys team won by only 7 pins, 2670-2663, and the Varsity Girls team by 73, 2273-2200. Fairmont places 2nd at Bellbrook Invite

Last Saturday evening the Fairmont swim team competed at the Bellbrook Invite. 8 high schools competed at this meet. Both the Mens and Womens teams placed second. Open Gyms Open gyms are still continuing to be held at Kettering Middle School every Monday and Wednesday evening from 8:00-9:30 pm. If you plan on participating we encourage athletes to show up even if little or no experience! This is a good way to just get your hands on the ball and just play

GWOC Swimming Championships 1-31 and 2-1

Championship season is about begin, first up is GWOC. This is a Prelim/Finals meet with Prelims contested at divisional meets. Fairmont is in the Central Division. The GWOC Central Divisional meet is on Saturday, Jan 31st. Warm ups are at 1:00 pm, the meet starts at 2:00 pm. Qualifiers will be posted at swimmeet.com once
