HIGHLIGHTS

2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR HAS BEGUN!
NO TEAM ACTIVITIES – START THE SCHOOL YEAR OFF STRONG!  SCHOLAR-ATHLETE NOT A DUMB JOCK!
Weight Room generally open after school from 3:30-5:30 for anyone looking to get some lifts in, before we begin Fall Training in September!
Separate email will contain info for Prodigy Wrestling Academy workouts (Mon & Wed PM – begins Mon. 8/26) 
Go support our “Wrestlers on the Gridiron” on Thu. 8/29 when we take on Alter!

 

WEEKLY TRAINING SCHEDULE

1. We will have our fall organizational meeting on Tue. 9/3 (day after Labor Day) – Room 413 right after school.  Expect about a 30 minute meeting.
2. A multitude of info will be distributed at this meeting, including a training calendar for those not in a fall sport.  This info will be sent via this email in advance of that meeting (before Labor Day weekend).  In general (not finalized yet) – we will have a 10-week Pre-Season training cycle with 2-3 lifts per week + 1-2 wrestling workouts per week, in addition to off-site workouts (Prodigy, Beavercreek, Butler, etc.)
3. 2019-2020 Season Practices begin Fri. 11/15/19 (get your Physical & Final Forms done!)

Still have a couple that need to pick-up their cards.  When your athlete sells 10, I have more!  Remember, the more you sell, the less you pay for Warm-ups in November!
