Mon 9/25 – Lifting 3:20-4:45 pm w/ Coach Swain

Tue 9/26 – Mat Workout 6:30-8:00 pm

Wed 9/27 – Lifting 3:20-4:45 pm w/ Coach Swain

Thu 9/28 – Mat Workout 3:30-5:00 pm & EAT @ CHIPOTLE!

Sat 9/30 – Cross Country Invitational @ Indian Riffle Park.
* It’s our tradition that wrestlers help with this event (athletes, not parents).  I buy the volunteers lunch + they can use this activity for NHS hours.  In addition, we are helping the athletic department AND another hard-working sport.  PLEASE see/call/text Coach Baxter to volunteer. 
We need 4-5 guys for 2 different shifts:
8:30-11:30 am
11:30am-2:30 pm
