Varsity Firebirds 5th at Hammer & Anvil

On Saturday 1/16/21, the Varsity finished 5th (of 17) at the Western Brown Hammer & Anvil. Bryce Harris (113), Bryton Miller (120), Tommy Naser (152), and Evan Thompson (160) all finished in 3rd place. Austin Hedges (220) and Braeden Denlinger (285) finished 4th. Firebirds Dominate Springfield

The Fairmont Wrestling Firebirds won their second consecutive dual by dominating the Wildcats of Springfield 62-12 on Thursday 1/14/21. Winning for Fairmont were Bryce Harris, Bryton Miller, Alan Guernsey, Christian Carnes, Tommy Naser, Evan Thompson, Joey Brooks, Ethan Chester, Austin Hedges, and Braeden Denlinger. Springboro Beats the Firebirds

Elks Top the Firebirds

The Centerville Elks beat the Firebirds in Girl’s Basketball action on Monday night 39-22.  The Elks controlled the Firebirds from the tip and outscored the Birds early on.  The Firebirds were able to put together a better second half, but were not able to keep up with the Elks.  The final at Centerville was 39-22.
